Wednesday the 11th September was lettering day, Andy chatted about the Alphabet and about how words are sometimes far more powerful than any picture.  He also mentioned how paper is significant we had to come up with as many things we could think of to do with paper. this is my list below.

This picture above is a quote I took from Nelson Rolihlahla Mandela. He is a South African anti-apartheid revolutionary and politician who served as President of South Africa from 1994 to 1999.  This quotation stuck out to me because it represents what life is all about. Nelson was sent to prison for being acting out against the Apartheid. I really wanted the quotation to be simple and bold, that's why i didn't dress it up . The words speak for themselves. 

This page is doing back to the alphabet we had to draw or think of as many ways of designing letters. It could be out of sellotape, plastic, paper. we could use pens, pencils, rubbers, highlighters.  The page i created was not a beautiful piece of art but a page of ideas.
